I'm in the group of people where we are advised not to promote the number of years that we've worked because of the belief that people hiring don't want older employees.  If my years of experience is a reason not to see if I can bring value to your customers and organization, then I'm ok with being passed over.

That said, with over 20 years in technology, as a product manager, program manager and scrum master, I am looking for opportunities where I can leverage my experience, continue to learn, and love what I do while helping teammates and clients succeed. 

Having worked in a variety of industries, I know I am able to ramp up quickly, and I am not afraid to jump in.

I value transparency, internally and with clients. I bring passion, tenacity, and a ‘can do’ attitude to all that I do.

I am a firm believer in agile methodologies as the means to build happy and effective teams, delivering business value early and often. 

I excel when working on complex problems, particularly when creative approaches can be used to achieve results. Above all, I thrive when collaborating with customers to understand their goals and working with a team to deliver solutions that address these goals
